60x45cm. SOLD.This 2015 oil painting depicts one of the Lawers Group of hills in highland Perthshire. An Suc`s precipitous slopes create a strong sculptural form for the focal point of this mountainscape. The swirling clouds are in fact a piece of artistic license; the day I was up there was cloudless and hot - even on the near 4000 ft summit of Ben Lawers.
