My Perthshire Open Studios 2021 exhibition is on the near horizon! September 4th-12th in my new workplace in Glamis Village, Angus - all welcome! This is one of 30 or so paintings I'll be displaying there. "The Old Bothy" is a larger version of a subject I've tackled before on a much smaller scale. Bigger pieces like this are really interesting to work on - there's room to really explore my passion for detail.
